4. Legal notices and official requests
For court orders, prosecutor's requests and other official notices, use legal@aurcam.com. The following are required before a request can be assessed:
- The legal basis for the request and the relevant case/decision number.
- A clear and limited description of the information requested.
- The identity of the requesting authority and the contact details of its authorised officer.
We review requests for legal validity and scope, and we send overly broad requests back to be narrowed. Unless we are legally prevented from doing so, we inform the user whose data has been requested. We publish the aggregate numbers of the requests we receive in the Transparency Report.
5. Press and partnerships
For interview requests, product information and use of the logo and imagery, write to press@aurcam.com. The AURCAM name and logo are registered trade marks; use for illustrative purposes in news content is free, but written permission is required for uses that would create a brand association or give the impression of sponsorship.
For partnership and advertising proposals, business@aurcam.com.
6. How to get a faster answer
- Include your username and, where relevant, a link to the post concerned.
- State your device model, operating system version and app version.
- Attach a screenshot or a short screen recording of the problem.
- Write out, step by step, how we can reproduce the problem.
- Do not write to several addresses about the same matter — merging the records can delay the answer.
- Never share your password, verification code or card details by e-mail.
